Lavender Launch

Lavender Launch is the annual commencement celebration to support our LGBTQ and Ally graduates. This ceremony recognizes their leadership, achievement, and contributions to the ECU community. Held in May each year, the event is open to family, friends, and colleagues and features the Samantha Hamilton Award for LGBTQA Leadership Excellence (presented to a student or students), as well as the Community Impact Award (presented to a faculty, staff, alumni, or community member).
